Most orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within 48 hours. Orders placed after Noon, Friday through Sunday night will be shipped within 4 business days. After shipment, orders will be delivered within 5-10 business days. We will let you know if an item is temporarily out of stock.
Please be sure to provide a valid street address for all orders, as orders are sent via UPS Ground and USPS, unless otherwise arranged. To ensure the safety of fragile items, your complete order may not be shipped in the same package. The full shipping and handling fee is charged with first parcel shipped. Subsequent parcels, in the same order and to the same address will be shipped at no extra charge. Shipping and handling charges include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping.

Because of the value and delicate nature of kachinas, many shippers will not ship kachinas or insure them during transit. We use a second party packing and shipping business that does insure kachinas during transit, hence the additional $35.00 surcharge that is added to the base shipping cost. Items ordered with a kachina will be shipped separately.

Add $25.00 to the standard shipping and handling charges for items to be shipped via second day delivery.

Our customer service team will be glad to assist you with any questions or concerns regarding international shipping. Please note that due to size or weight restrictions, certain items cannot be shipped at our regular international rates. All international orders are confirmed via e-mail, fax or phone.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and you wish to exchange or return it, please do so within 30 days of receipt.* When exchanging merchandise, please include the appropriate shipping and handling charge for your new order. We are sorry, but items that are special ordered or custom made are not returnable. For gift returns, refunds will be applied to the purchaser’s account.
We will refund you in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. You can expect your refund to be processed within 14 days after we have received your return, providing it arrives in original condition. You will be credited for the price paid for the artwork, minus shipping costs. Please note that we cannot accept items that have been damaged, altered or worn. If your package from us appears to be damaged upon arrival or if upon opening you find damaged artwork, call us toll free at (877) 567-7380, so that we can arrange for pick up and inspection. Please keep all of the original packing materials.

FREE GIFT MESSAGES & PACKAGING
If you include a personalized message, we automatically wrap your gift. Depending on its size, your gift is presented in a red box with a silver ribbon, or a recycled cardboard box wrapped with white, swirl-patterned paper. We use the white swirled paper to wrap items that don't fit in boxes. We will let you know of any problems wrapping unusual-sized gifts.
